Thank you for your order. Your credit card statement will show billing from us as Internetwork Partners. Orders are billed immediately, even if we don't ship right away. If we expect or encounter any unusual delays, we will try to send you e-mail. If you don't receive your order in 7-10 days you can e-mail us with an inquiry. Please make sure you gave us your correct full name and billing address with your credit card information as well as the correct telephone number & E-Mail address if we need to contact you.
If you want your order to go to a different address than the billing address, we will send you a form to fill out giving us written authorization, but we MUST HAVE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS as it appears on your credit card statement or your shipment will be delayed until we get it.
If you do not provide us with the correct billing address with your order and we have to e-mail you for it and reconfirm your credit card information, a $1 test charge will be processed against your credit card to confirm your correct billing information.
If you need to write us about your order, give us your ORDER number or Order ID number NOT your credit card confirmation number!
