Terms

All our merchandise is considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
The ONLY exception to this are STOCK shoes and boots. If you need to exchange a shoe or boot order, we will exchange them for the same style and color ONLY for a different size,  providing you write us within 3 days of delivery and get a RMA number from us. There is a $5 handling charge for shoes and a $10 handling charge for boots plus return shipping costs for shoe or boot exchanges.
No returns for any reason will be accepted if you do not first get a RMA number from us!

Cancelled orders FOR ANY REASON are subject to a 15% handling charge. There are no refunds for shipping if shipment cannot be made or is refused.

We have extensive and accurate size charts. Please use them before selecting your size. If you have doubts about how something will fit you, contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help you make the best choice.

One size items do not fit all! One size mostly fits women's sizes  4-8 give or take a little and depending on the fabric. None fit Petites and if you order a one size item, expect it to be tight or loose in some areas. It is the nature of one size sizing limitations. If you need non-standard sizing, e-mail us about our custom sewing options.

All orders are shipped via UPS or US Priority Mail at our discretion (international orders ship US Mail Global Express) in plain brown envelop or box,  UPS or US Mail shipping boxes with Internetwork Partners as a return address. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Orders to a PO Box incur a 30% shipping surcharge for US Priority Mail.

All orders are processed (that does NOT mean shipped!) within 4-6 BUSINESS days from the time you place your order. Shipment is made when your order is complete. If an item is out of stock we will try to notify you approximately when your order will be complete and shipped.
If you need something by a specific date, e-mail us that you need all or part of your order for a specific reason or by a specific date and we will get back to you to let you know if it can be done.
Just because UPS AIR is a shipping option does not mean you will have your order two days after you place it with us.  We will ship by the method you specify when your order is complete!
If you want us to split shipments we will charge you shipping for each shipment.

Your credit card is charged when you place your order.
Shipment is made when your order is complete!

Proper billing information as it appears on your credit card statement as well as your correct e-mail address and telephone number are required or there will be delays in processing your order. Different bill to and ship to addresses are accepted, but we may require an authorization form be filled out and faxed or land mailed back to us authorizing shipment to an address other than the billing address. American Express requires the different ship to address from the billing address be on file with American Express. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with American Express we will ship to your billing address.

If you do not provide us with the correct billing address with your order and we have to e-mail you for it and reconfirm your credit card information, a $1 test charge will be processed against your credit card to confirm your correct billing information.

We gladly accept international orders, but our credit card validation company, CardService International, cannot verify cardholder information for foreign bank or credit card institutions.
An authorization form for international orders (found on our FAQ page)will be required.

International orders, including Canada are shipped via US Postal Service Global Express Mail . Our shopping cart does not accurately calculate shipping costs. Actual charges will either be added or credited to your account. If you would like to see shipping rates and schedules for UPS, please go to the UPS website, http://www.ups.com . The US Postal Service website is www.usps.com

For rates for US Mail (International, APO and PO Boxes only) go to the US Mail website at http://www.usps.com  Send us E-Mail that you prefer US Mail shipping, which is usually less expensive than UPS
